 Bombay Rock Association’s ‘Erocktica’ on September 24 will have three of Bombay’s mega, super, ultra cool bands – Reverrse Polarity, Khiladi, and Dog Ate Disco all on one evening! GEAR PARTNER: FURTADOS MUSIC "Because you love music" Reverrse Polarity: Reverrse Polarity is a five piece metal band from Bombay and the winners of Channel V Launchpad 2009. They represent a common belief and write about contemporary topics which help them connect to the young generation. Reverrse Polarity possesses tremendous amounts of energy on stage. Vocalist G.K.™ ’s crazy Punjabi dance moves, Viraj’s (vocals) mad humour, Shikhar’s (lead guitarist) headbanging, Jordan’s (bassist) flexibility and Jonathan’s (drummer, percussionist) title of ‘The Drumming Machine’ create the right blend for madness. The band is in the process of recording and launching their first album. Khiladi: The Bombay-based band is the brainchild of P-Man (Rohit Pereira of PDV). Their music is, “Xtreme Rock n Roll, and it’s all about going back to the roots of rock n roll, uprooting them, and putting them back with a twist that will blow your mind.” Which is why you will hear them play metalized-version of classics like 'Born to be wild', 'Jailhouse Rock', etc. The band consists of P-Man(vocals), Ashu(guitars), Nikhil (guitars), and Viru (drums). They have a powerful and in-your-face sound and their performance always has crazy antics by P-Man. Dog Ate Disco: The four members of the band Ashwin (drums), Siddharth (vocals), Melroy (bass) and Shrikant (guitars) want to make some decent music. Their music tastes differ and range from electro to classic rock, funk to alternative and metal. The band has been trying to squeeze as much as possible from these genres.
